Hiwee’s is the brainchild of three brothers who channelled their passion and love for knowledge and entertainment to create HIWEE’S Communication Studios, owned and managed by Oiki’s Multi Concepts Limited. Their goal is to develop, implement and manage a hub where creatives in the entertainment space can acquire knowledge towards building long-term sustainability for their careers in an individual and industry-wide capacity.
Our goal at Hiwee’s is to connect every stakeholder in the sector to transcend the inefficiencies holding back the entertainment and communication sector in Nigeria and the African region. We are confident that this will unlock the enormous economic potential inherent in the space through improved knowledge and skills as a driver for wealth creation to bring about long-lasting economic sustainability across a cross-section of intertwining industries related to the entertainment and communications sector.

Our zeal to seek knowledge and learn about the tremendous possibilities required to harness the industry’s potentials towards creating a more efficient and effective Value Chain birthed the ENTERBIZ idea christened BIZ-A-TAINMMENT. We will work to stimulate a more structured and cohesive sector worthy of rivalling similar industries in other climes where knowledge becomes a right and not “a privilege for a selected few within the industry”.

Ojekhoa Ahimie – Chief Executive Officer
Ojekhoa (Oje) is an SME entrepreneur with over three decades of creating, experimenting, and implementing ideas that he has executed to ascertain their workability and commercial viability. Over the years, he has created and developed vast experience in small-scale production in the food sector. Oje’s beliefs in growth and sustainability have seen him delve into the education and publishing sectors of the economy by publishing his free bookazine “babyworld”, a magazine that dealt with challenges of managing pregnancies and babies faced by mothers and expectant mothers. Recently, he has devoted his time and energy to developing the reading culture of the next generation through ozode.com, an online reading platform for youngsters of secondary school age, towards increasing their creative capabilities. Uade Ahimie - Chief Operating Officer
Uade is the author of the book CRAPI FART – Perspective for an Emerging Market, which deals with challenges faced by emerging markets and businesses in corporate governance, risk management and compliance. He also co-anchors the Classic 97.3FM radio program - Business Half Hour (BHH) in partnership with Nairametrics and regularly appears as a guest Business Analyst on Smooth 98.FM Freshly Pressed program as well as related programs on the station. He has over two decades of cognate experience across Consulting, Business Development, Banking, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure Development, Business Process Reengineering, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Internal Control. He retired from Sahara Group as its General Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance to pursue new ventures. He was responsible for developing and publishing the first-ever sustainability report for the Group in 2015. He successfully spearheaded the publication of the first-ever report in the history of the Nigerian Power Sector - Sustainability Reports for Ikeja Electric and Egbin Power Plc for its 2015 financial year in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards
Ejemai Ahimie - Chief Financial Officer
Ejemai is a graduate of Economics with over two decades of experience and skills in Administration, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management in the financial services sector. His expertise in analysing and sourcing opportunities through strategic innovations has seen him achieve numerous business objectives in multi-million naira negotiations with clients and vendors like UBA, Ecobank and the Nigerian Stock Exchange Group (NSG). Ejemai’s career accomplishments that demonstrate his expertise in needs analysis, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, and team leadership are among the many areas he believes he can bring about to the requisite structures for the entertainment industry
Tolu Danjuma - Member
Tolu is the Principal Partner of T.O. Eboreime & Co., a law practice she set up in 1995 and a Consultant at TOD Centre Limited. She is a Due Diligence solicitor and is keenly interested in the practice of Company and Commercial Law as well Real Estate and Industrial Law. Tolu is a graduate of Law from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1985. Mrs Danjuma started her professional career at the law firm of Bankole Oni (SAN), from where she moved on to the former Eko International Bank as the pioneer staff of the Legal Department. After leaving Eko International Bank, she worked at Acclaims Savings and Loans Limited and retired as its Company Secretary/Legal Adviser before setting up her practice.
Anthony Youdeowei - Member
Tony is the Managing Director of Sahara Power Group of Companies with operations in Africa, UAE, Geneva, and Singapore. He has oversight responsibilities for the functions of the Power Generation and Distribution companies within the Group. Tony attended King's College, Lagos and has a BSc. In Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos. He also holds an MSc. And a PhD. in computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), in Manchester, United Kingdom. Tony started his professional career as a Computer Programmer/Analyst with EDS Limited in the United Kingdom and went on to work as a Database Administrator, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Consultant with reputable organisations such as WorldCom, Accenture, and T-Mobile. He has over 24 years of experience working on diverse projects across countries and is an experienced Business Leader, Project Manager, Information Technology and Business Transformation professional. Tony brings his wealth of experience on board as a member of the Advisory Board of Oiki's towards building sustainability for the future of the entertainment industry through his excellent skills in business transformation.
Ladipo Idowu - Member
Ladipo is the founder of V. Ginis Caterers, a foremost hospitality and event management company in the industry. He is responsible for strategic business development and client expansion activities by creating new opportunities to provide great hospitality and manage events for individuals and organisations. Ladipo currently manages a Restaurants and Eat-In and an event centre that serves the heart of Jibowu and Shomolu areas, with its office located in the heart of Yaba. He also handles strategic mentoring and coaching geared towards creating insights for people's personal development and growth. He is an alumnus of Government College, Ibadan and has a BA in Education from the University of Lagos. He also has an MSc in Education and International Law and Diplomacy, both from the University of Lagos. Ladipo's objective is to be a positive change agent by bringing to bear the attributes of diligence, commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and good communication. His career has spanned different sectors - education, trade and finance, sports marketing, event management and hospitality management.
