Mrs. Tolu Danjuma is currently the Principal Partner of T. O Eboreime & Co., the Law firm she set up in 1995 and a Consultant at TOD Centre Limited.
Mrs. Danjuma is a Due diligence solicitor and keenly interested in the practice of Company and Commercial Law as well Real Estate and Industrial Law.
Mrs. Danjuma is a graduate of Law from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.
Mrs. Danjuma started her professional career as a counsel at the law firm of Bankole Oni (SAN), from where she moved on to former Eko International Bank as the pioneer of the Legal Department.
Mrs. Danjuma furthered her career after leaving Eko International Bank, as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Acclaims Savings and Loans Limited. She left Acclaims Savings and Loans Limited to set up her own law practice of T.O. Eboreime & Co in 1995.
In October 1998, Mrs. Danjuma was appointed as the Attorney-General and Commission for Justice, a position she held till May 1999, after which she sent back to her practice at T.O. Eboreime & Co.
